Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of baddifans.com (the “Site”), operated by Baddi House (“Baddi”). By using the Site or purchasing content, you agree to these terms.

1. Age Requirement

The Site contains adult material. You may only use it if you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher. If adult content is illegal where you live, do not use the Site.

2. What We Sell

The Site offers collections (“bundles”) of digital photos and videos from our creators. Each bundle has a fixed price that is shown before you pay. Every purchase is a one-time payment: there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

3. Access to Your Purchases

• If you buy without an account, access is tied to that browser session for a limited time.
• If you log in with your email (access link), your purchases are linked to your account and you can view them again anytime.
• Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content on the Site.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Downloading, recording, screen-capturing, copying, sharing or reselling the content.
• Sharing access to your account with other people.
• Attempting to bypass the Site's protections or payment methods.

If we detect any of these uses, we may terminate your access without a refund and take legal action.

5. Content Ownership

All content belongs to its respective creator. Everyone who appears in it is of legal age and consented to its recording and publication (see our compliance statement).

6. Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (currently crypto). Baddi never sees or stores your card details. The charge may appear on your statement under the processor's name. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it running at all times, but interruptions may occur. Baddi is not liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is the one published on this page, along with its last-updated date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be resolved before the ordinary courts of San Miguel de Tucumán, Argentina.
