• Purchases: which bundle you bought, when and for how much.
• Essential cookies: one for your anonymous session and one to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
• Basic technical data (IP address, browser) that our servers log for security and fraud prevention.

Payment Data

Payments are processed directly by a third-party payment processor (currently crypto). Baddi never sees or stores your card or payment details.

How We Use Your Data

• To give you access to what you bought.
• To show each creator how many sales she made (without any of your personal data).
• To prevent fraud, chargebacks and misuse.
• To meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Who We Share It With

Only with the providers the Site needs in order to work: hosting, database, email delivery and payment processing. Each of them handles data under its own policies.

How Long We Keep It

For as long as you have active purchases or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing contact@baddihouse.com. We will respond within 30 days. In Argentina, the Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública) is the supervisory authority for Law No. 25,326 on personal data protection.
